Scraggy Crochet Pattern

Finally a new pattern! I have to say I love Scraggy, his tough attitude and cute clumsiness! I hope you guys have fun making him, the plush is fairly big, a little over a foot tall. I've been working on it off and on for a while and finally had some time to get it done.  I was stuck on an idea for how to do the tail and kept putting it off, it turned out to be my favorite part ^_^ Pattern after the jump.

Swablu Crochet Pattern

Cute little swablu pattern, you can make this in an afternoon if you're dedicated! When I was putting away the leftover yarn from making Pansage, I saw some fluffy white yarn I'd used a long time ago. It reminded me of swablu's fluffy little wings! ^_^ So, here you go!
Note: Sorry I haven't posted in forever, I've been crazy busy and haven't had much time for crocheting >_< I found this pattern I wrote some time ago and realized I hadn't posted it! Hopefully I will have more time for pattern making soon! Enjoy!

Making Your Own Crochet Patterns Part 2: Making Shapes!

Another post with more tips about how to write your own plush patterns. This time focusing on shape making! I'm working on a bunch of patterns simultaneously right now so I don't know when the next one will be up but hopefully soon! In the meantime, why not try your hand at making your own pattern? If people find these type of posts useful I might make it a more regular thing. If anyone has any suggestions for the next post on pattern making let me know too!

Panpour Crochet Pattern

Here's the pattern for Panpour I made by altering my Pansage pattern. Word of warning I did not make the finished plush, it would take too long and I want to get started on some other patterns. I wasn't planning on making Panpour but since someone asked I did the alterations since the pattern is basically the same as Pansage ^_^ I'll be doing Pansear sometime soon as well. When making this plush use the pictures of Panpour and the Pansage plush I made as reference. If you find any errors let me know! Enjoy!

Pansage Crochet Pattern

It's finally done! (More pictures after the break) This pattern took a seriously long time to design but I think it turned out pretty well. It was certainly more complicated than Joltik >_< Pansage wasn't one of those Pokemon that I loved instantly when I played the game but after watching the Anime I fell in love with it's cuteness! And I just adore Cilan, his personality is so bright and energetic! XD Hope you all enjoy the pattern and as always let me know if you have any find any mistakes! Oh and I'm working on the alterations for the other monkeys, Panpour and Pansage since a few people have asked for those (Panpour is first since I was asked for that one first). They have different tails, head pieces, muzzle shapes, ear insets, and body markings so I have to work out all those different things! Wish me luck and if you have any problems with the pattern let me know! (And if you want to get started on Panpour or Pansear you can start making the legs, head, ears, and tail using this pattern. All those should be made in the main color of the pokemon, blue or red, except Panpour has yellow legs, refer to pictures before you start! The other pieces will have color changes so you'll have to wait till I figure out how to do them)

Patterns and Tips for Crocheting Different Eye Styles (with Examples)

This post contains tips and patterns for making various eye shapes (basic round, oval, half-moon, cat's eye, embroidered) in crochet and I've included examples of each. I absolutely cannot cut up felt to save my life, whenever I try the pieces never end up the same size or look the way I want. So over the years I've come up with my own way to crochet them instead, I hope this will be helpful to those of you who struggle with felt as well.

How to Write Your Own Crochet Patterns for Plushies (Amigurumi)

I thought I would make a post with some tips on making your own Amigurumi/plush. I'm just starting out doing this myself so I know how hard and intimidating it can be to start. For me making my own pattern seemed kind of daunting if not impossible but I'm gaining more confidence as I go along, I'm sure you can do it too! Don't underestimate yourself! ^_^

Where to find Pokemon Crochet Patterns

If you're looking for Pokemon patterns here are some of the places I go to get them. I'll try to update this often and I know it's not a complete list, if you know of any I've missed I'd love to hear about them!

Joltik Crochet Pattern

More pictures after the break!

This is the very first pattern I've ever written myself so if you find any mistakes or have any trouble let me know! I love pretty much every Pokemon and I've been able to find patterns for most of the one's I've wanted to make over the years. Joltik is too cute but I couldn't find a pattern for it so I thought I'd give it a shot myself. Enjoy!
